Simplyshredded Apparel ships out to ALL COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE using DHL Express!

We accept all major payment gateways; including VISA, MasterCard, PayPal aswell as AfterPay!

Simplyshredded Apparel is shipped out directly from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Australian Customers: Within 3-7 Business Days using Australia Post Express Post.
International Customers: Within 10-20 Business Days using DHL Express.

In the rare case your order gets lost in the mailing process - please email our support team at operations@simplyshredded.com or send a request to them using our 'Contact Us' page to get your order resolved ASAP!

Returns and exchanges

In the rare case that your order was incorrect, incomplete or faulty, please contact our support team at operations@simplyshredded.com along with your full name, order number and any relevant order information to get this resolved ASAP!

If you have placed an incorrect item or size during checkout and have already placed your order, please contact our support team immediately at operations@simplyshredded.com with all your relevant details, so that our support team can promptly resolve the issue and ship out the correct size and items.

There is a 24 hour window to do this however, if you miss this window, you will need to wait for your order to arrive, then ship it back to us and we will fix this issue once it arrives free of charge!
